Hardback. N.d. 1915? Oblong 4to. A very good copy in publisher's blue cloth with pictorial onlay and other illustration to front board. Lettered in white on spine and in pink on front board. A lovely clean copy internally with no foxing or ownership inscription. 15 superb colour illustrations. Unpaginated. The book is rhymed into English from the Dutch by L.Edna Walter. A nice copy of an uncommon title.

The book bears the bookplate of Eric Quayle (who wrote "The Collectors' Book of Children's Books"). A good copy with some browning/foxing affecting mainly the first and last few pages. The boards are worn at the edges. 48 pages with charming colour illustrations by the author on each page.
