Hardback. A very good copy in publisher's blue cloth with title in blue on white title-piece on cream cloth spine. Blue endpapers. This is one of 250 large paper copie SIGNED by the author. Pp.xii,427. Fair dustwrapper which is chipped and torn down a larg part of spine. The wrapper is now protected in a removable cover.
